This crustless quiche tart is a simpler take on the classic quiche, without the fuss of making a crust. It's packed with flavorful vegetables and cheesy goodness, making it a satisfying meal or snack.
Ingredients: 6 large eggs. 1 cup milk. 1 cup shredded cheese such as cheddar or Swiss. 1 cup diced vegetables such as bell peppers, onions, spinach. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F 190C and grease a tart pan. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir in shredded cheese and diced vegetables. Pour mixture into the prepared tart pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
