-The last reset created an anomaly in her.

-She avoided for years to return to the mount for fear of damage to monsters again.

-She chose the Pacifist Route when the wizards gave that ability to humans.

-She want to try to repair the damage caused in the Underworld.

Here is some information about her:

-After the war, the ruins became a crypt for all the monsters that died in the fight. She is the caretaker.

-She was the queen before losing her son.

-Toriel protects all the monster that get inside the crypt of the corruption of other.

-She tends to sing when she’s alone, because she remembers the days when she sang for her children.

-She has several fights with Flowey.

-Toriel doesn’t want any royal guard in the place.

-She can invoke blue flames.

i know he didn’t kill anybody.
