So E! Online finally posted their story about the poll -- and it was titled: “We Have a Winner...and an Instant Reaction!” And then there was this: “And what perfect timing for Stero!ine's win, considering the hot vampire couple just had sex for the first time in last night's episode.” Perfect timing indeed. You know, it’s almost as if E! was ready for this win before it happened. Perhaps Kristen should relearn some #TrueMath or something.
Eh, who gives a shit. WE GOT SIX INTERVIEWS FROM OUR SWEET IRISH PIRATE TODAY! WOOO! Off to uncork a bottle of wine in anticipation of this guy’s return on Sunday.
You know, with how staunchly I have always stayed away from polls, due to their tendency to incite drama and overall pointlessness, you’d think I’d regret partaking in this one, since we (technically) lost.
But I don’t.
Because I had fun, during certain stretches, it was lovely seeing our fandom united given how...iffy some have been behaving recently, I got some insight into some other lovely pairings and fandoms, and we made it to the finals, one of two ships out of 50+ pairings from other major TV series, and we did it with good form.
I don’t regret a thing.
