Hello! It’s Mod Peko here with the first comfort fic! If I’m going to be honest, this was totally self indulgent, but I thought there might be someone out there who needed it just as much as I did.

Kaito x Reader - CSA Comfort
"You didn't deserve it, you know."
Kaito's voice rang out clearly in the room, despite him having spoken softly.
(Y/n) looked up at their boyfriend, confused for a moment. When it came down to it, they figured they knew what he meant but because the comment was unsolicited they weren't quite sure. "Huh?"
Kaito sighed as he sat down next to his significant other and looked at them. "Is it okay if I put my arm around you?"
The two looked between each other for a moment before (Y/n) nodded to him. Kaito laid his arm over their shoulders, gripping them softly. "You're going to be okay, you know that, right?"
As his significant other leaned their head on him, they sighed softly. "I'm okay, Kaito… Please don't worry."
"The look on your face says it all," Kaito said before leaving a kiss on the top of their head. "I'm here, babe. Just say the word and we can do anything."
(Y/n)'s eyes bore into the distance, looking at nothing in particular. They just wanted to feel safe.
"We can take a nap or get dinner, maybe watch a movie," Kaito listed off suggestions, hoping it would make them more comfortable if they didn't have to formulate their own ideas. "We can just cuddle and wait for the sun to go down if you want… Get some blankets, chat, watch the sky… and if you want to cry or fall asleep you can go right ahead-- even if you cut off my circulation~"
Of course Kaito could joke and put a smile on their face in even the worst of times. (Y/n) nodded, hoping he understood what they wanted.
"How about I set a mattress up for us outside and grab some blankets and pillows?" Kaito smiled softly at his significant other before standing.
As he began to walk away, he felt a tug on his sleeve. He turned to see the love of his life holding onto his jacket and looking at the floor. Kaito's gentle smile remained as he slipped off his coat and draping it over their shoulders, kneeling in front of where they sat.
"I won't be more than five minutes, I promise," Kaito said before adding, "you can time me and punish me if I go over~"
(Y/n) blushed and wrapped themselves in his jacket to both hide their face and keep his scent nearby while he was gone.
"I won't be long," he said, hurrying off to get everything set up.

When he came back to their shared room, he found his dearest covered in a duvet much larger than they were while they slept. He smiled and walked over quietly, sitting on the edge of the bed.
Upon closer examination, he noticed (Y/n) was still snuggled up in his jacket. A grin found its way to his lips as he laid next to them, resting his arms around them gently.
"Babe, it's me, hey," he spoke softly as to not disturb them or trigger something while they slept. Noticing them stir for a moment, he brushed their hair out of their eyes. "I love you. You deserve better and you deserve that happy childhood you never got. I'm gonna do everything I can to get that for you. You're beautiful and deserve all of the love you can handle, and I plan on giving it to you.."
Kaito sighed, sitting up before looking out the window.
"Thank you, Kaito."
He jumped a bit at the sound of their voice-- he had no idea they were awake. ")(Y-y/n)?”
(Y/n) sat up, pressing a finger to his lips to gently quiet him. "I know I'm hard to handle and that I have a lot wrong with me," they said, holding his jacket on themselves. "I've got a lot of problems from my childhood that limit the things I can do… Even the things I can do with you."
Kaito took their hand in his own and kissed the back of it. They ran their thumb along his cheek, resting their hand there. "I haven't always been this lucky, Kaito. But now, time is on my side and I'm going to utilize every second that I can."
They stared at each other for a moment, Kaito leaning in and planting a kiss on his significant other's lips. After a moment, (Y/n) groaned at the sensation of his hands gliding along the nape of their neck. They pulled away, leaning their head back, "K-Kaito…"
Kaito, moving down to leave soft pecks on their neck, hummed to them, acknowledging them.
"You were twenty two seconds late," they sighed happily, running their hands through his hair.
Kaito looked up at his significant other, whose eyes were half lidded and watched as a smirk adorned their face.
"What's up, babe?"
"You were twenty two seconds late," they giggled, pulling out their phone, showing him their paused stopwatch timer. "I turned it off when you came in, and you promised you wouldn't be late~"
Kaito stared at the timer in disbelief-- he figured (Y/n) wouldn't keep track, but naturally they chose to surprise him once again.
He smirked a bit, looking at his significant other before placing his palms down on the mattress they sat on. "And what is my punishment, then?~"
(Y/n) looked him up and down before leaning in to whisper into his ear. They left a kiss on his cheek and let out a shallow breath before moving to let him know; "I would like some ice cream, please..~ And you have to carry me out~"
Kaito chuckled, moving to pick them up, keeping his jacket wrapped around them. "Alright, babe, let's get you out and under the stars.~"
