Under a further supplementary decision, even more documents were found that claim to provide the light rail travel times (From Kingsford and Randwick to Circular Quay) and loading capacity.

In all, 47 documents have been found, but access has been refused to 28 of the documents under the grounds that they may “infringe the privilege of Parliament.“
