how do you turn on the touch on an intuos tablet (CTL480)

also for some reasons I can't access the preferences so is there a shortcut? I accidentally turned off the touch and now I cant turn it back on. Please answer in my ask box :)

Also- I downloaded the "driver" thing, but I'm not sure it's the right one. Now, whenever I plug in my tablet I have to restart my computer because my moues gets all fucked up and 1- highlights anything I mouse near and 2- I can't click anything and can only right click. I think it makes it stuck on ALT or something.
