I was already wanting to do something with Springtrap today--so I hope that you like this one:
The last couple of months... they had all felt like such a strange, yet wonderful--and occasionally stressful--dream. How else could you describe your life ever since getting that job?
Truthfully, if it hadn't been for that intriguing discovery, you were certain that you would have ended up quitting at some point. There were lots of disappointing jobs--or stressful, or...
You shook your head. At this point, it didn't really matter--especially since the building itself was gone, leaving just a few tiny splashes of disappointment to hit a few people.
In the last couple of months, a roommate had been gained. Prior, it had always been yourself--but that didn't mean that you were clueless as to what having someone else around was supposed to be like.
If anyone else suddenly realized that they would have to share their home with a giant animatronic rabbit... well, you were certain that the situation would play out a little similar as to when a spider was found.
Humming, you finally reached the front door, and unlocked it. Stepping through, and shutting it back with a foot, you turned right, planning on heading down the closest hallway.
Only, hearing some familiar, heavy footsteps caused you to momentarily freeze and wait--before a smile started to spread as Springtrap rounded the corner.
He looked the same--all except for the fact that he seemed to be wearing some kind of red vest. Now, where did he get that...?
The moment his eyes locked onto you, it looked as if his grin seemed to widen, even though the mask certainly couldn't express all that much.
One of Springtrap's hands reached forward, taking ahold of your own. Lifting it closer, the animatronic rabbit carefully placed his teeth against it, in what seemed to resemble a kiss.
"Evening, Love." He purred, carefully releasing your hand, and placing one of his against your cheek. "I was wondering when you would return..."
You just smiled, leaning into his touch.
His other hand raised, and that was when you noticed a little rose in-between Springtrap's fingers. It didn't remain there for long, however--as he carefully placed it in your hair.
There was another purr from him. "Darling, I have prepared quite a lot for you... how about you come and see?"

|He's gentle with you when all of this is affecting you--but it's also been 30 years without any sort of contact, so he's just trying his best.|
|If you ever need anything, Springtrap will make sure to get it.|
|If this is when Springtrap is still at the horror attraction, he can't help but feel a little bad that he can't be with you the entire time.|
|If there's anything that you want to say, he will listen.|
|He'll be physically affectionate at times--in a way that Springtrap hopes could bring you a little comfort--as long as you want it.|

|You knew that he had been human and all, but now, after everything that had happened... you really didn't know that Springtrap could still sleep.|
|But he can--and, during one of your shifts at the attraction, the rabbit falls asleep--only to fall into a terrible, terrible nightmare.|
|You're clear across the attraction when it happens, but you can easily hear the rather frantic and loud mechanical footsteps getting closer each second.|
|That when you find yourself stuck in a hug from behind--but, at the same time, Springtrap seems to be examining you all throughout it.|
|Learning that he had just had a nightmare was a bit difficult--because Springtrap didn't exactly want to tell you, but you still figured it out.|
|But because he doesn't want to talk about whatever happened, you just move along, deciding to try and somehow distract the giant rabbit.|
|And when doing so, you can't help but notice the fact that he just... keeps staring at you--those gray eyes barely leaving you throughout the rest of the shift.|
|While Springtrap doesn't reveal it, his nightmare... he'd found himself trapped again, and had been in the process of losing you.|
|He certainly doesn't want that to happen... he'll figure something out.|
Here is more Gibbler for ya. His favorite snacks are pumpkin seeds, raisins, peanuts, and strawberries. He's a Netherland dwarf bnuyy...I call him my "Little Angry Coconut" because he can be sassy sometimes 🐇
POV You hug and kiss a severely touch-starved Springtrap for the first time. What's his reaction?
I kind of imagine that he would freeze, and just kind of turn to look at you like "???" the feeling... it's just so, so strange.
But he doesn't hate what you did. No. It's strange because he's gone thirty years without contact, and he's not quite sure what to say, or how to react... but he doesn't hate it.
With his own actions, I think he'd be a bit slow and hesitant--maybe he's not sure if he's doing it right... but Springtrap would return the affection. Eventually.
But even then, your affection is still something that he's trying to get used to.
Would Springtrap enjoy vacations, with long walks on the beach and things like that?
I think Springtrap would simply like wandering. There's nowhere that he's exactly going, but after spending so long in the saferoom, he would go anywhere.
...Almost anywhere, at least. If Springtrap were to find himself at any place with any sort of water... it's not going to be very fun. He's just going to bolt away.
In the Hidden Fangs AU, where does Vamptrap meet y/n?
Kind of just out in the forest. Compared to the other Vamptrap AU's... when Hidden Fangs Vamptrap encounters Y/N, he happens to be injured in the moment, and was just kind of wandering.
Y/N was just out for a late walk, and ran into him, pretty quickly deciding: "Yeah, I need to help him."
