Albert is obviously wine-inspired. Champagne cupcake, with pieces of dried grapefruit. Sickly-sweet honey ganache paired with an icevine-flavored core. You could hide anything in that ganache. You probably did.
Louis is an unsweeted dark chocolate cupcake with a marshmallow ganache. When you first get it, you eat the top thinking he's bright and airy, and then you get to that unsweetened chocolate. And in the center... he's filled with mint flavored jawbreakers.
And William, dear, dear William... He's chocolate. Chocolate overload. White chocolate ganache, milk chocolate cake, dark chocolate center. You don't taste anything but the chocolate. Well, not until you've finished. There is a bitter aftertaste. You're forced to wonder... That is almond, isn't it?
