Not all of these have been decided, actually! But I’m not sure I would use squirrels twice. Seems redundant.
That said, the ones who have been decided are Codex as a raven, Rune as a pine marten, and Lux as a wolverine. RSE has so far refused to be categorized (though not for lack of trying) and I genuinely have not considered Wraith for a Cursed Form yet. Gimme a week or so and I’ll see if I can come to a decision!
Oh good, I interpreted him correctly! I suppose I’ve just not seen the panel containing the one singular person he’s soft towards. I’ll have to go looking for that.
Also, it means so much to have someone tell me I’m doing a good job, it really does. Sometimes I legit think I’m just making up crap as I go, so it’s a relief to know that even if I am, it’s quality crap.
I try very hard to give every Link the spotlight at least once. Wouldn’t be fair otherwise.
And actually, nobody has asked about handwriting yet. I think it depends on the Link, and/or the Link’s upbringing. Gen probably has amazing handwriting when he tries, since he actually had to turn in schoolwork and therefore needed to be legible. But he probably also makes unintelligible scribbles when he’s in a hurry, you know? Speck, Sketch, Lore, RGBV, Wind, and Steam can probably all write too, seeing as how they either grew up in functioning businesses or with immediate family members. I’m not certain about the Four, since their game backstory is irritatingly slim, but since I think they grew up in Hyrule Castle Town I’m assuming they can write. However I’m skeptical of Ocarina’s ability to write, because he literally grew up in the woods, but I know Mask can because otherwise the Bomber’s Notebook would have been useless. I kinda doubt Realm can write either, because there’s literally nobody in his Hyrule to learn it from. Dusk... can probably only write a little? Ordon seemed pretty basic, I don’t think it was much of a required skill.
Shadow probably can, even if he’d probably never use it. And Oni... I honestly don’t think Oni can write. Or at least, he’s probably forgotten how to do it. You don’t get a lot of practice trapped in a mask, you know?
