Kalamazoo Wings' center Curtis Valk has been named the CCM ECHL Player of the Month for October.
A highlight reel of Curtis Valk, currently at Canucks prospect camp. He went undrafted this year, doubtlessly due in part to his 5’ 9” stature. It isn’t terribly likely that he’ll make the NHL, but he’s been putting on a show in Medicine Hat this season by the looks of it. If he impresses at camp, maybe Willie will give this Tiger the nod.
