To answer your question, depending on the genders you pick for the foster parents they will have different names, personalities, appearances, and reasons on why they chose to take in MC along with their siblings. It’s like different paths!
Also since there is sexism & homophobia in this story, if you choose MM or FF as your parents there will be scenes like this —

The air is humid inside the classroom and the heat is radiating through the windows from outside. Today the ac isn’t working, you’re not surprised. The seat your sitting in is all sweaty, probably from the last person who was sitting here last period class. The teacher is sitting silently at his desk face deep into paperwork that you can guess is the homework for this week. You feel a tap on your shoulder and with agitation you take your time turning around. When you fully face the person who tapped you out of your thoughts, you see a boy with ginger hair and blue eyes along with fair skin and freckles all over his face, it’s Rowan. He’s grinning at you.
“What do you want?” I say with agitation.
“You know, a little bird told me that you have gay parents.”
“And?” I say with annoyance.
“And, you wear boy clothes to school every day even though you’re a girl.”
“Does that mean their gayness is rubbing off on you?”
It’s obvious he asked that question with full intent to piss you off.
You quickly turned back around in your chair and put your head down on your desk trying to annoy the laughs you hear behind you from Rowan and his followers who he calls friends.

Marie Walker ✦ she/her, 28 ✦ Always wanted children but sadly couldn’t have children of her own due to an incident that had something to deal with driving. When she heard about a child named MC in need of a home she was ecstatic! Only to find out MC had three other siblings she didn’t know about. Her poor heart couldn’t bear to separate them so she took them all in —If only she knew what was in store for her.
Personality: kind, compassionate, stubborn, gentle, forgiving, and understanding. Marie was always patient when it comes to children, maybe that’s why she chose to be a kindergarten teacher.
Joseph Walker ✦ he/him, 30 ✦ He never thought of wanting kids but he always knew that’s what Marie always wanted. When he met MC he knew that he and Marie were in for a ride. He tried convincing Marie to change her mind or think it through but she wouldn’t relent. So like a good husband he went with it.
Personality: cautious, loyal, genuine, organized. Joseph always been perceptive when it came to small things. He noticed something was wrong with the children he took in, well it obviously shows the trauma they’ve been through but he knows there’s more that meets the eye.
Sienna Abbot ✦ she/her, 27 ✦ She always thought about adopting or getting a surrogate until one she was told about a child in need of adopting, of course there was a catch, she won’t be adopting just one but three more kids. She had to sit down and think if this would be the right decision. Once she gave it some thought she started signing the papers the orphanage gave to her. When she finished she quickly got up from her seat and set out to look for her girlfriend.
Personality: fierce, stubborn, unrelenting, and idealistic. She would always stand up for her girlfriend even knowing when she’s in the wrong. Now when comes to the children…do you even need to ask?
Harper Driscoll ✦ she/her, 25 ✦ “Harper more like hyper” is what everybody in high school used to say to her. “I mean they’re not wrong” she thought, always the loudest in the morning and the first one to always be up in the morning truly explains it all. When her loving girlfriend Sienna told her about a child that they would be adopting together, it was an automatic hurray! Although the catch was it was three more children that came along with the first one. That automatically inserted excitement inside her.
Personality: enthusiastic, playful, trusting, charismatic, and adventurous. Every morning Harper wakes up, she instantly makes breakfast for her girlfriend which is very sweet, if only she wasn’t a nightmare in the kitchen!
Cameron Grant ✦ he/him, 33 ✦ A silent man who likes everything organized and things being on time. The thought of having children always put an unease thought inside his mind, having children running around his sacred home and damaging his prized books and vases instantly put a no kids big and bold inside his mind. But of course his husband who always somehow con him into things made him change his mind on growing there little family. His husband told him about a child in need of a family and since it was one he thought that it wouldn’t be so bad, that is until later his husband says the child comes with three more! The thought of having four kids put his mind in a spiral, but he’s not evil to split a family apart.
Personality: systematic, methodical, neat, efficient, and considerate. Even though he gives off a cold look to others, deep down he’s a soft man with a somewhat big heart.
Elias Grant ✦ he/him, 32 ✦ A shy man but also cunning, he knows his husband always detest the thought of having children but that didn’t stop him on trying to convince to have him and convincing he did~ But on another note, when he saw the paper of the child and their siblings, he thought it wouldn’t be so bad since most of them are already grown up. Yes it’s a lot, I mean four kids out of the blue is a big step! But he knows he ready for it, his husband on the other hand.
Personality: shy, cunning, thoughtful, and bashful. He always had a hard time when it came to talking to others outside of work, even towards his husband sometimes. But when it game to getting something he wanted, he always knew how to pull some strings.
