         His phone buzzed a handful of times. Basic email notifications that were “urgent”. V sighed, opening up a few other apps that remained in his top selections. Nothing interesting in most, of course that had become the general feeling towards anything involving technology. The dependency on his phone was driving him mad and nearly cynical. Had it not been for the fact that any contact came from his phone he would have thrown it out.  The R.F.A. was the last place he checked, seeing only one person in their chat room, he cleared his throat before his thumb brushed over the microphone button.

A shriek could be heard from Yoosung’s end end of the phone, followed by a loud noise and muffled mumbling. About thirty seconds later, there was another sound of movement. “Sorry.” A huff. “I can’t believe this.. I was going to clean later too!”

   Luciel leans back, tipping his computer chair onto two wheels and propping his legs carefully on his desk. Precarious, yes-- but a body that sits still in a chair most days has gotta at least experience a variety of angles.    Work glares at him from several screens: lines of code as familiar to him as the pages of fairytale books are to kids. He shouldn’t be taking a break yet ( he diligently taps out a few words as if to assuage the vague guilt brewing ) but he’s bored and unfocused and he wants to make someone smile.

V smiled slightly, currently he was sitting on a bench cane resting against the arm-rest. The park smelled wet, as if it just finished raining. Which it has, safely dry he took his sunglasses off. The dark clouds rolling above his dry perch the photographer’s head tilted in the direction of a voice, a soft smile on his lips as he realized whose voice it was. “Good afternoon, Aki.” he called out, hoping to get her attention.
