"First off, thank you, dearie! Another year of sweet existence!"

"That is an excellent question, Bugs have been my oldest and dearest friends! They snuggled with me in my cradled and continue to do so, they have always been their when I needed them and, we'll, I have quiet a special connection to them."

"Besides, LOOK AT THEM ARNT THEY JUST THE CUTEST!!"

Cyn holds up her pet tarantula, Gibby, and gives her soft kisses. "My sweet wittle baby, who's a good little tarantula, you are that's whoo~"

Cyn's Birthday Q&A

Bobby shifts uncomfortably, always a little out of place in the Pomefiore lounge. But he was a guest of the birthday girl, and belonged there, despite the itching feeling that he was dressed too casually to even clean their bathrooms.

Sheesh.

But finally, he spotted the guest of honor, and his heart melted at her sudden bright smile. She signed a hello, and he gave a wave and a grin right back. Bobby took a deep breath, and headed over to Eira, palms a bit damp.

First, he handed over a small bouquet of flowers, hoping she won't pay too much attention to the flecks of paint on a few of the petals. Luckily, no one managed to notice him slipping in and out of the Heartslabyul gardens, or if they did? They decided to take pity on a poor fox trying to find some way to treat his special gal. And as she wordlessly admired them, he cleared his throat.

"I hope it's all right, the next part of this is kinda... performance based. I wrote you a poem, Eira. A sonnet. I call it, er, 'Want to Be'. Here we go.

HARK! Allow me to proclaim my want;

Listen while I tell of my desire!

Though checkered pasts, some other souls would haunt

Mine own, forget; to my future acquire!"

Yikes. Were the Pom-poms actually listening? Well, hopefully he could pull this off. "Make haste, before your chance has up and gone

A man of action's what I do prefer

But note; lines of approval will be drawn.

Your heart tested, companionship assured."

Okay. So far, no weird looks, and Eira was enjoying herself. He just had to pull through to the end. No one seemed to catch on to what he had done with this.

"'Tis not just lust that draws me to your heart!

Your other virtues should all rise above.

As he approached the final couplet, Bobby began to sweat. Hopefully no one was listening too closely... "What do I want? Let me lay down the law.

My truest urge," he recited, his mouth going dry. Maybe this was a bad idea after all. But, in for a penny, like they say... "is for, uh... zig-a-zig-ah."

Eira couldn't help but giggle when she realized what he was re-mixing into a sonnet. She gives him a sweet kiss and signed, 'Thank you, You really are a poet when you want to be'

She smelled the flowers and dusted off a paint chip, 'They are beautiful, you really know how to make a girl feel special,'

Thank you! Yes! A few of them do!

Violet, Daisy, Rosie (The Singing Flowers): They have bracelets instead of Magic Pens! Their gems are enbeded into a flower pendants (Violet has violets on hers, Rosie has roses, Daisy has daisies)

Eira: Eira is mute and how she cast spells is through spesific movements and sign language, so even though she does have a magic pen that she mainly uses for school, if she is going into a competition or knows she will be using more complex spells, she has a bracelet with rings around each finger that is connected to the bracelet via little chains.

Elionwy: She has a magic necklace she got from her mentor as a child. The pendant has her gem encapsules in a bear pendant. It is an old necklace passed down generation to generation.

Cyn: Cyn has a magic pen for everyday spells, but a spider necklace with a gem thorax that helps her channel her fey magic and UM.

What are some "gross" couple things they do?

Grace and Azul were spending the normal evening reviewing contracts and discussing buisness. Nothing seemed to be out of the ordinary to them.

"If the employee takes any product from the kitchen without consent or to fulfill an order the product will be deducted from their pay." Grace read aloud and leaned against him as she gestured to the section. "So if someone was asked to get strawberries from the freezer and happened to sneak a bag full under their belt for later, isnt that consent?"

Azul tsked at her and rubbed circles into her stomach and read that section again, "Do you think any of them are smart enough to think of it and stupid enough to try?"

Grace raised a brow. "Does that pass the Ruggie test?"

"You think I'd let him in the kitchen?" Azul clicked his tounge then took his pen and crossed that section for re-working. "But your right, per-usual." He kissed her cheek and leaned forward to rewrite the sentence. "What about-"

"Hey boss, I- EWWWW!" Floyd let himself in and took in the sight of Grace sitting on Azul's lap at his desk, "Put a tie on the door if your gonna be gross!"

Sharing drinks/food?

They do it often, Azul and Grace like to sample eachothers foods and drinks. Grace grew up with a bunch of siblings and family and 0 fear of germs expecially when its her boyfriend. If she is tired enough or early in the morning she will steal his coffee. Azul will refill it and pour himself another mug. They often share snacks in the VIP room.

Overt PDA?

Azul has an image too keep but gentlemanly PDA in public is fine by him. He usually has a hand at Grace's back, escorts her on his arm or holds her hand when they walk in the halls, will give her a goodbye kiss on the hand or cheek or the lips if he is feeling particularly jealous or proud.

Behind closed doors, they are often curled up together. Hugging eachother from behind, cuddling, laying on top of eachother while reading, sometimes when they are reviewing documents or working on things, Grace will sit on Azul's lap and they will work. Floyd's walked in on them multiple times like this and he gets grossed out.

Matching outfits?

They are not "matching outfits" as in they are exactly the same but usually they match. Often in color palette and style. They both wear purple and blue in the same shade, or look like a pair beacuse they have the same patterns. Sometimes it is planned like at events or dates, sometimes its an accident beacuse they like the same colors and Azul has bought 70% of Grace’s wardrobe (the other 30% is her school attire and outfits she got on official and unofficial outings).

It gets worse as they get older. Not only because of the the Lounge and buisness, but they havr a simular sense of style and Grace loves stealing his button downs and sweaters for around the house.

Eira age 1-4: Eira and her dad didn't have much, but thanks to a kind Director, they had a home in the attic of an old theater. When she was really tiny, she was able to stay with her dad all day, but as she got older and more wiggly she had to stay behind. While her Dad worked in the theater and attempted to finish school, she had to stay in the attic. Her Dad would put on the radio for her and made a doll for her that they called "Honest Fellow". She would spend what felt like hours alone in the attic with just the radio and her doll for company. Her dad would try to come in as often as he could to check on her but when he wasnt there, it felt like eternity. He made this up to her by singing, dancing, and playing with her when he was there. Since she was mute and had no inclination to speak, her dad would teach her sign language and letters. He would get books from some of the older theater workers and read to her before bed. His voice was Eira's greatest comfort and the thing she would always search for when she was scared. It helped that he talked a lot and Eria was content to listen. In later years, she would find out that her dad relied on her as much on her those years, as she did on him.

The NRC Music Fest Presents: THE SINGING FLOWERS

Summon line: “Ready Ladies? Let’s show them what Flowers can do~”

Vignette: Roots of Music

Three girls entered the Pop Music Club room, the leader of the girls, a purple and blue haired third year, was the one to speak up.

"Is this where we audition for the music festival?" She rested a hand on her hip and held out the flyer to the three in the room.

"Vi! Girls, you made it! I knew you would come!" Cater said and took the flyer.

"Have we ever let you down, Cater?" The tall, Silver haired second year added in her prim tone, "We simply must make sure Heartsyble has a good show at the festival!"

"Yeah! Plus we've never sung at a festival!" The shortest and younest of the three, a Mouse Beastwomen, piped in, "Parties yes, shows yes, but never a festival!"

"Well, welcome to auditions!" Kalim welcomed the three and Lilia chuckled at their excitement.

"Yes, welcome," Lilia took out the clipboard and started filling it out, "Now, forgive my bad hearing, but what's your names?"

"Oh, how rude of us," the leader said, "I'm Violet Renee, Heartsyble third year~"

"I'm Rosalind Brom," The Prim one sounded off next, "Heartyble Second Year."

"And I'm Daisy Darling," the small one curtised a bit, "Heartsyble First year!"

"And we are the Singing Flowers," Violet concluded.

"Ooh! You're the ladies that sing that pretty song at the tea parties!" Kalim said.

"Yep, Golden Afternoon," Violet continued, "But we can do more than ballads,"

"Well then ladies, show us what you've got!" Cater said and the three judges stood back as the Flowers got into position. Rosalind set up their music and a familiar tune started to play.

"Oooo, oo, oooo, oo ooo, You can Dance, You can Jive, having the time of your life!" The three did coordinated movements as they sang one of their favorite pieces, in hopes of entering the festival! "See that girl, watch that scene, Digging the Dancing Queen!"
