Slept on my back last night because I’ve been waking up with back pain the last couple nights. It helped! \o/
I have been sleeping teeerribly lately. Like, sleeping some seven hours and dreaming (which means I feel groggy when I wake up) and still crashing in the afternoon. And also basically dreaming in those few seconds I’m almost dozing off. Guh. Hope it’ll fix itself soon.

(I will also be sleeping well because I think I had three hours sleep last night and I think my body has finally wound down to needing about 5-6 hours of a sleep a night, haa.)
Was surprised I felt fine during work today! Didn't need a coffee and I'm wondering if I've been lethargic because of all my classes and/or lack of regular holidays.
Aaaaand then it's 6pm and I want to crawl into bed and screw my sleep pattern up. Feck.
So maybe I should have had an afternoon coffee anyway to tide over the evening sleepiness... 😅

So I realised after spending the whole day fighting sleep at my desk, that I'd had milk tea right before going to bed and uh. Yeah, the sugar content of that prrrrooobably might have been the reason why I couldn't settle immediately like I normally do, aha.
Yep.
A very normal sleep pattern where I have almost no rem, lol.
It's getting to the point of wondering if I need to start wearing a sleep mask when going to bed now, haha. Which is nice. :D
So I woke up at 2am, tried to get back to sleep, watched a bit more Arcane, and then felt sleepy enough for a 30 minute nap before my alarm went off. 😅
Surprisingly didn't need coffee and was/am still pretty okay for now, haha.
