#this is your admin speaking#exo#d:exo#dmumt#it's painful because I'm not only invested in exo I /know/ how much creative potential they have I've been watching them for years#they're so wasted on the company that doesn't want to realise that for the sake of sticking to their playbook#they micromanage everything until each asset they have suffocates and dies#they need to give their artists personal development plans and start engaging with them rather than dictating to them#their promotional periods are poorly executed nearly always#do they not appreciate how lucky they are to have exo??#I'd die to get a chance to manage/teach a group like that
