[Daily Sharing October 18th] Today song: The Mute - Radical Face
[Daily sharing September 22th] Today song: Follow you down to the red oak tree - James Vincent McMorrow
I was having a bad anxiety because I stayed active a bit too much. But I will share you about my morning, I spent some time being hugged by the early sunlight, and it was pleasant.
Someone took an interest in my darker theme personal art I mentioned so Imma share you some!
It's funny that I keep swinging between two mood poles. I've made things a lot brighter since it brings better energy, but I still enjoy telling them in a darker theme sometimes, it's like meeting with an other inner self.
I shared this on twitter but forgot to share it here. (I think I did drop a similar drawing somewhere on tumblr, that “You are your own shade”). So I’ll tell you about my self healing method everytime I'm struck by anxiety or depression. I will just sketch out a smile, my smile, or anyone's, any character's. It helps somehow. I literally have an album called "A depression that smiles" (but don't force it!). While drawing this (around 2018) I was having a bad day, I just wanted to disappear. But I managed to turn it into a more lighter energy instead of “I want to kill myself”. "Don't end yourself, become a flying kite, or a bird, or a fish,...". Thinking that made me feel a lil less hatred.
