Now I am seven, which I guess means this blog is also pretty old. Maybe I don’t post so much anymore, but that’s because I’m busy napping, and keeping the other pug and the halfbreed in check. Plus, my humans found some beanbags and oh boy, they’re so comfortable there’s not much reason for me to do anything else.

My human says I’m going grey in my older years, apparently I count as a “senior” now? Does this mean I get extra snacks?

So my Princess & I met up to take our respective canine charges on a woodland walk today. The idea was to wear them out before visiting a chili festival at a nearby nursery. Of course, the heavens opened while we were out.

You may recall Bailey is a pug & beagle cross. Like all beagles she has a nose for heady scents, tons of stamina and webbed feet. So this scene amply demonstrates what those assets do for her. Sybil and Watson just stand and watch her in disbelief.

Mmmm. Wet dog. I was thinking about selling the truck, but maybe that’s not such a good idea after all.

My human took me to a new place and we haven’t left yet. Sometimes we go back to visit the other mudblood pug but then we end up here again. I guess it’s not so bad because my human is around more and the views are ok. I could get used to it.

Separation anxiety. I had leave Bailey with my Princess whilst I went to donate blood. (They won't allow dogs into the donation room for some reason...) So here's how she reacted when I left. Hard to believe she wouldn't come near me when she arrived only a few months ago isn't it?
