So it looks like I’m cannibalizing my beauty and the beast retelling (Among the Missing Petals) for Damage Left Behind.
I’m procrastinating actually writing by trying to come up with a title for part 2. I want to keep the lapslock, two part with brackets vibe. And what pops into my head but a poem I wrote for AtMP. I think there are 6-7 poems for it and they are all just single verse 4 line poems.
Now, AtMP — the title itself — is being stolen by part 4 (Shivian). It is now titled “among the missing petals (there’s still a point to be made)”
If I turned my computer on I could reference the poems and decide which one to use as the title. There’s one I’m leaning towards over the others but I know I’m forgetting some.
This post lost the plot…
On a tangentially related note; as a Canadian I always want to put a u in among. For a very long while I would mix up if it was among or amount that had the u.
