“Deputy Joseph? Ya should probably come look at this... it looks... human.”
Deputy Joseph Fairchild flicked his flashlight away from the bear animatronic laying on the tiled floor over to where his name was called. His coworker, Thompson, was investigating the fox one. His eyes were wide, holding the flashlight close enough in the fox’s mouth to make it glow.
“You’re kidding,” Deputy Joseph stepped over, his rugged hand to nudge the flashlight away from the subject matter. He blinks. “...You’re not kidding.”
A human tooth, exaggerated to the point it matched the size of the shiny rest of ‘em. “Holy shit,” He mumbled. “I thought those tapes were jokin’.”
“Why would they lie about what was on the tapes?”
“Just didn’t expect the one ‘bout a snuff recordin’ to be the truest one.”
