#RIPTheXFiles👽 So sad to see a once spectacular, groundbreaking and hugely progressive show lose its most powerful character, 'Agent #DanaKatherineScully M.D.' - #ChrisCarter tried TOO hard to modernize the series imo, he came at it with new flashy effects and excessive action sequences to try to fit the modern mold, without realising that if he'd took it back to basics, (but with better equipment) and the depth of the early storytelling, that the show would have stood shoulders above the rest. Heck this show was the original "game changer". It created Cinema grade narratives and production values on Television, at a time when TV was dominated by Soaps, sports and stale reruns. It was an epic, mind-expanding and absolutely captivating thing to behold. I then also believed that CC was a radical feminist, giving me and many others around the World the precious gift of #DanaScully. - She was the anchor from which all hell and spooky insanity could break loose, with profound gravitas. She made the implausible possible, by questioning everything Mulder et al put in front of her with articulate researched intelligence. A character brought so gloriously alive by the incredible @gilliana ~ Without her, it's just cheesy pulp fiction with added Aliens. CC somewhere along the way forgot that vital fact, and used her character to exorcise his now seemingly sexist sadistic whims. And boy did our Heroine suffer this season. Sad. I bloody loved that show, once upon a time..... We/SHE deserved better. #TheXFilesEndsWithScully 💔 ♥GLA&DKS∞

Yeah! But like 7 years ago lol. What I can remember is that he talked in this kinda slow and somber voice and I had this note card inside of my book for him to sign as well and he goes, “what’s this?” And I was like “…a note card” and he says “you want me to sign it?” And I said yeah and he looked like bewildered by it but he signed it anyway and then I was rushed away lmao he was pretty nice though
