Meet The Cast Of "Just Thought You Should Know"

Born and raised in Fresno, CA, Daniel Eachus moved to Long Beach, CA in the fall of 2008 to pursue a higher education at California State University Long Beach. In February 2009, Daniel started performing stand-up comedy nightly, and after just one year of doing stand-up, became the youngest finalist ever in the prestigious “Funniest Comic in Los Angeles” comedy contest at the Jon Lovitz Comedy Club in early 2010. Today Daniel performs stand-up comedy all around California and is a member of the Secret City Comics Society improv comedy troupe. He was also recently cast as a lead role for the anticipated new web-series “Just Thought You Should Know” as Shawn Waterbury. Knowing that he had always wanted to work within the entertainment industry, Douglas Hachiya majored in both business and music performance (woodwinds) with the hopes of either being an entertainment lawyer or studio musician for motion pictures and television. Realizing that he would rather be on the performance side of the industry and the fact that studio work was being outsourced and shrinking, he reapplied his business knowledge and the discipline required in a performing art towards a career in acting. He has studied with Margie Haber, Annie Grindlay, Saxon Trainor, Doug Warhit, Cynthia Szigeti, and at Second City. He was recently cast as the lead role of Red Moon in "Just Thought You Should Know". After attending The American Academy in Dramatic Arts, Julie Brett received a BA in Theatre from California State University Northridge, where she was twice nominated for the Irene Ryans Acting Award. She has had a diversity of starring roles ranging from Shakespeare and musical theatre to film and commercials. Julie plays the lead role of Sam Schulz in "Just Thought You Should Know". Dimithri Perera always knew that he would go into film, whether it be writing, acting, or directing. He's been on stage ever since the age of 7, when he acted in his 3rd grade class's performance of A Midsummer Night's Dream, which sparked his passion of performance. Ever since then, he's done an assortment of plays and musicals, not to mention performing for the improv comedy troupes Laugh Chance and Secret City Comics Society. He was recently cast as Dylan Silva, one of the lead roles in the upcoming webseries "Just Thought You Should Know".
