As the oldest daughter of the Stark family, Ruby has a lot of responsibilities and a lot to prove. The second son of the Targaryens, Daniel has even more he wants to achieve. They compete throughout school, working for seperate companies, but Ruby tames his fire, shows him he doesn’t have to do everything himself. 

cooking headcanon; 

Dany likes to cook. It’s not something too many people know, but it relaxes her. Everyone needs a creative outlet, and this is hers. After their first fight- or what she assumes is their first fight, because she never agreed to officially be in a relationship with him- she cooks, and packs it up and takes it to his suite. He’s only in town for a week, she rationalizes. Sometimes if she wants to bed him, she’s got to make sure he’s actually happy, too. The gesture is enough, though, and the food is left unattended until hours later.
