So, apparently it's gonna be a long while before it has any fruit. The seeds should germinate naturally in 120 days to 2 years. After that you should plant it. They say it's best to do so in a 6x6m square, in the sun, preferably during summer. Water every 2 weeks if there's no rain. They use organic fertilizer. It should fruit in 6-8 years. If the place you found it has any that are already starting to grow/germinate, that would be quicker.

I did not see any seedlings at the tree (it was all marble....like, stone covering the ground around it in the landscaping, and I imagine they would get rid of seedlings, or any weeds that came up to keep it looking pretty.) I like doing stuff like this as an experiment, but if I get too impatient I will probably just order one off an online nursery or something.
