“I guess you weren’t as prepared as you believed yourself to be,” he said, reclining on his chaise lounge and smirking.
Athena tilted her head to the side and considered Ares’ move before giving him a slow nod. “That is a fair assessment. Point to you, then.” Standing from her lounge, she grasped the pauldrons of her armor and slowly undid the clasps.
