Giving up or finding a situation unwinnable was simply not in Daenerys' personality, but that didn't mean she was as optimistic for anyone caught in the scenario with her and so her quip drew regard from Caedus. They'd been after the same prize, only to find it had slipped away, before the trap was sprung upon them. This Jedi Master she hunted was clever, but it was clear she was trying to limit casualties by boxing them into a narrow, dead end corridor. A tactic was already turning over in her mind when she pressed her lips to his, pleasantly surprised by the strong arm holding her closer as the tentative kiss deepened with a spark of heat. Dany can tell that he's not practiced at this, but he shows promise and that's enough for her to take the lead, deepening the kiss with a low sound as their tongues danced and tangled to the hum of their light sabers.
The kiss broke to the sound of troopers bursting through the hatch. Her double bladed saber swung to deflect a shot and Dany was surprised by her companion's chivalry. A ripple in the Force showed the hint of his power as he crushed the troopers to the wall and sealed the hatch once more. He was strong in the Force, far more than Daenerys had initially believed and her amethyst gaze narrowed with cunning. "We cannot make use of the lift," she mused as she flipped her saber off and hooked it onto her belt. Both hands reached out in opposite directions and the screeching of metal rent the air. There was a shudder under their feet and then a hard jolt. On the other side of the door, there were cut-off screams and shouting. The metallic screeching continued and grew louder as a frown creased her forehead.
The effort was taxing, as she did not have an exact understanding of where the hanger was, only a vague concept. "Hold on," Dany ground out, a bead of sweat rolling down her cheek. The compartment moved, jolting sideways with deafening thuds as more walls were added to the other side. "Tightly." It dropped suddenly, just shy of a free fall before it stopped. "Hanger. Need... a moment," she panted, dropping her hands. The compartment shook with thousands of tiny thuds - shots being fired, but the extra walls were melded to the exterior. "Do you possess a droid that can access the atmo shield?" she asked quietly. If he could lift the hanger shield, the decompression would pull anything light and untethered out into space, but it was a long-shot.
