Some of the discourse by antis about fics that feature (properly tagged) non-con/dubcon/abuse/etc, often like ‘I’m so disgusted you wrote this and I’m triggered’ or some variations on that, when it comes from people who have read through the entire story even though they were warned every step of the way, etc. The whole thing about you’re consenting to read it, and you can just use the ‘x’ and the back button, etc.

It reminds me of a story I heard (and I cannot source it so it may be apocryphal) where some old lady once congratulated someone who’d just produced/published a dictionary for ‘not including any dirty words’ or something like that. The publisher (The version I remember hearing is Daniel Webster) responded something along the lines of ‘congratulations for looking’ or something like that.
