Just today I was lucky enough to come across some amazing music from Janine and the Mixtape. Originally living in New Zealand before moving to Brooklyn, USA Janine is all about creating the perfect atmosphere with her music, something that will make YOU the listener clicking for repeated listens.
Recently released 'Hold Me' discusses the topic of a relationship that is too complicated until they realise they both need each other. With a vocal style similar to that of The Weeknd and Ellie Goulding it is clear to see that there is huge potential from the New Zealand native.
Currently working in the studio on her 'Dark Mind' EP to be released later in the summer.... I'm really looking forward to see what Janine and the Mixtape has in store!
