𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐥'𝐬 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 - the reader, a rather creative dwarf, is not particularly liked by her fellow townsfolk. one day, when they decide to destroy her works, fili finds the reader absolutely heartbroken, and decides that no time is better to confess his adoration of the reader.

𝐚 𝐩𝐨𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 - by way of chance, the reader finds the poetry that lindir has written for her.
𝐦𝐲 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭'𝐬 𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐚 - a confession of love leads the reader to find out that lender has never been kissed.
𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐬 - the gets kidnapped and goes missing for one hundred years, and requires lindir's help to readjust to normal life after she escapes back to rivendell.
𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐧'𝐭 𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐦𝐞 - the reader has a nightmare and lindir helps comfort her.
𝐚 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 - lindir and the reader are in love, yet they are painfully unaware of the others affections. one day, lindir decides that he is going to confess his love, only for the reader to be sent unconscious to the medward after being found in the woods outside rivendell. lindir decides to kiss the reader, thinking it will be both their first and last, and unknowingly saves the reader.

𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥 - thorin doesn't tell the reader of his plans to take a company to erebor in attempts to reclaim the mountain from smaug. angst ensues when she finds the letter stating the company's business the night before he is to depart .
∘₊✧─── thranduil ───✧₊∘
𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐲𝐰𝐚𝐲 - the reader, the captain of thranduil's guard, obtains an injury that leaves her face scarred. and when thrandiul comes to check in on her, he comforts her and tells her that she is beautiful, even with the scar.
𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐬 - thrandiul learns of his father's demise in battle, and finds that the crown has no passed to him. in attempts to aid the new king, lord elrond sends an advisor, the reader. enemies to lovers trope between a very stubborn thranduil and a very patient reader (MAY REWRITE INTO A MINI SERIES IN THE NEAR FUTURE).
𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬 - on the morning of the feast of starlight, thrandiul is late to one of his meetings, leaving the reader - his head advisor - to look for him. upon, finding him in his chambers, she discovers that thranduil, the king of mirkwood, is having a bad hair day and attempts to help.
𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 - pure fluff between the reader and her husband, king thrandiul.
𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧 - after the fall of erebor to the firedrake, smaug, the reader sides with the dwarves. and argument ensues between thranduil and the reader, his wife and mother to legolas, and the reader is banished. years later, she is captured alongside the rest of the company and is brought before thranduil.
𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐲 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 - after the death of his father, thranduil becomes rather closed off to his lover, the reader. and in an attempt to make him happy, she tries to gather some roses for him.
𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐞, 𝐦𝐲 𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 - the reader ends up in a coma, and forgets all recollection of her life with thranduil, her husband. the reader and thranduil attempt to rebuild their life, but thranduil is slowly losing hope and succumbing to the pain of his lost love. on the morning of their anniversary, thranduil is mourning all he has lost, only for the reader to pleasantly surprise him.
𝐩𝐢𝐞𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐧 - thranduil's council challenges his right to rule the kingdom after a long day, and thranduil seeks the comfort of the reader his wife.
𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐋𝐎𝐑𝐃 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐒

𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬 - the reader gets injured and aragorn tends to her wounds.
𝐚𝐧 𝐮𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 - after being attacked by the uruk-hai, the fellowship believes the reader, aragorn's lover to be dead and is left behind. week's later, at the battle of helm's deep, the reader, by some miracle, is reunited with aragorn.

𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐬 - elrond plans to confess his love to the reader
𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 - the reader is reunited with her husband, elrond, after a long journey.
𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐚𝐮𝐥𝐭 - the reader is a slightly younger than elrond - the age gap leading elrond to believe that it is unfit for him to show his affections for the reader, and the reader to believe that elrond is repulsed by her. but then one day, a broken string on the reader's lyre leads to a rather passionate confession of love.
𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 - the reader manages to pull elrond away from his work for a walk under the stars.
𝐦𝐲 𝐬𝐮𝐧, 𝐦𝐲 𝐦𝐨𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐦𝐲 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐬 - fluff between elrond and his human!wife, the reader.
𝐚 𝐟𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 - the reader is found on the brink of death after an orc attack on rivendell.
𝐚 𝐟𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 - after being attacked by orcs, elrond attempts to heal the reader. however, the only way to truly save her is for her to sail to the undying lands. centuries later, when the elves sail to the undying lands, the reader waits upon the shore as the last boats dock, desperately hoping to see elrond. 𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 - the reader accidentally professes her love for elrond, and tries to run away out of shame. elrond catches her before she can and professes his love as well.
𝐚 𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐢 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐝 - the reader is an assassin who falls in love with the one she is meant to kill, lord elrond.
𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐧𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 - the reader and elrond were friends as elflings, before they were separated by war. but when they are reunited years later, the can't help but allow those old feelings of affection wash over them again - affections that do not surface until the reader accidentally confesses.
∘₊✧─── haldir ───✧₊∘
𝐦𝐲 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫 - the reader struggles with her body image, and haldir is there to soothe her and prove that he loves her with his whole heart.
𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐚 𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 - the reader is pregnant with haldir's child and notices that haldir seems to be taking more shifts. worried that he is avoiding her, she confronts him.

𝐥𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐲 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐫 - legolas takes the reader to a clearing in the middle of the woods.
𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 - the reader is one of mirkwood's best healers, and has seen tons of death and blood and it's closed her heart off to the rest of the world. after a particularly bad day in the medward, she takes a walk in the rain, only to be spotted by legolas who decides to care for her and cheer her up. over time, legolas teaches the reader to love again.
