“Exactly,” she chimed letting herself settling into him. It was one hell of a ride, one she’d wished would slow just for a moment. “I’ll get back to the lab and do what I can with the database. Felicity is a very good asset, I hope she wouldn’t mind helping us. Cisco is fast but no one can beat her.” Caitlin caught the sight of his wedding band still sitting on his ring finger. She wondered how it had survived the increased heat and the force of death. Maybe their love was truly worth all the pain, it was fate not fated. “Are you, Ronnie? You know I have two left feet. Dancing isn’t my strong suit but I wouldn’t mind dancing with you. How cliche,” she laughed gently. “You can only if I can do it to you as well.” Caitlin brushed his cheek gently, “if you can promise me that, I’m all yours.”  

“The more people we have looking, the faster we can get answers and locate the Professor.” Ronnie stated. He really did miss his bodymate, even if they spent a good chunk of their merged time bickering mentally. When you fused with someone else, that someone else not being around made you fee empty; as if you had a hole through your middle or were entirely hollow.

“I’m not going to be on Dancing with the Stars anytime soon, but I think I can lead us through one dance without it being a disaster.” he laughed, it was extremely cliche, but after everything their love had been through, they deserved the happiness that came with the simpler things. “That’s fair. I could be mature for once and feed it to you nicely, though.” he added with a warm expression, giving her a soft kiss, short enough to continue his thoughts afterwards. “Nothing will ever keep me from loving you. There is no force on any earth that could destroy how I feel about you.” he told her, a genuine expression in his eyes.
