Ain’t that the truth. Whenever I get back to Tennessee, which is sort of rare, I always make sure I get some homemade fried chicken. And Bobotie, well it’s like a casserole of sorts. It’s ground meat veggies bread and egg all baked together in a large dish. I guess it could put you on the mind of quiche. It’s delicious, is what it is
