Yeah Becca, I understand he needs different ways to try and learn. I’ve been trying different ways with him but when he can barley sit still for five minutes with out talking about Shrek or trying to pry into my personal life.
Well, have you ever answered his questions? Maybe he just wants to know you better so that he can trust you to help him. Or maybe you could find a way to incorporate Shrek into lessons somehow, so it’s more interesting to him. Like, talk about how he has to figure out a certain potion or else Shrek will fall off a waterfall to his imminent death, or the princess will shrivel up in her tower and die! Learning needs to be fun for people, you know?
