Hannah Asher's pregnancy timeline so far!

(based on confirmed details made known in the show-being updated as we learn more!)

This has been such a topic of discussion lately, so thought I would try to break it down as much as possible! Real life timeline is not taken into account unless a specific holiday is mentioned.

10.17 | Book of Archer> crunch berries night ;)

10.18 | Few days to a week later? Lizzy has hysterectomy

at least a few days later is based on Sean saying he would be flying to Chicago the next day & we didn't get any other mention of him.

Lizzy was "past 10 weeks" pregnant in 10.15 when she told Hannah, only learns baby is a girl this episode.

10.19 | 4 weeks have passed since Lizzy's hysterectomy

Dean walks in on Hannah collecting her blood to be tested to be a surrogate

10.20 | Hannah calls out sick

Morning sickness? Usually starts around weeks 4-6> this lines up with how much time has seemed to pass since 10.17

10.21 | Hannah finds out she’s pregnant

10.22 | Next day? Hannah is 6 weeks pregnant, tells Lizzy and Dean

11.01 | Hannah is about 12 weeks pregnant

>this means about 6 weeks were skipped from the finale/opening scene of the premiere and the rest of the episode.

11.02 | Very little time has passed since 11.01> could be just the next day if Frost is taken literally.

Esme Lockhart is 24 weeks pregnant, Hannah likely still around 12ish weeks

Will and Owen going to Bears game> this is a big assumption that the show thought this out but just for fun, home games before Halloween were Sept 9, Sept 21, Oct 19. Based on how far along Hannah would be for their 11.05 Halloween NT appointment mentioned below, it only makes sense that Will and Owen were going to the Oct 19 game.

11.03 | Next day. Natalie 20 weeks pregnant

Natalie asks Hannah how far along she is, Hannah says “A few weeks behind you.”

>Few seems to be used broadly/generally here, which makes sense because Hannah is not close to Natalie, and there’s tension between them in that scene/episode. Everything suggests Hannah is still around 12 weeks.

11.05 | Halloween > Hannah & Dean receive nuchal translucency results, ultrasound is also done. Hannah likely 13-14 weeks pregnant

>Nuchal translucency results can take a few hours to up to a week to receive, test has to be performed prior to 14 weeks, specifically between 11 and 13 weeks, 6 days> this means Hannah is 15 weeks at most in this episode, likely 13 or 14.

They can come back in a few weeks for an early anatomy scan>done between 14-16 weeks, regular anatomy scan is between 18-22 weeks.

They can discuss doing amniocentesis>done between 15 and 20 weeks

Hannah does NOT want to find out baby’s sex when offered at this appointment.

This episode is also the first time it seems a prosthetic was worn for the baby bump

11.07 | Esme Lockhart 31 weeks pregnant >7 weeks have passed since episodes 11.02/11.03. Hannah 19-20ish weeks pregnant

>Hannah would be around 19-20ish weeks pregnant, based on being around 12 weeks in 11.02/11.03, and the timing of the Nuchal Translucency in 11.05 lining up with that.

We now know Hannah has been having nightmares, not sleeping. Dean tells Sean about the baby

11.08 | Next morning

Hannah and Dean find out they are having a girl via NIPS test results>this is done as early as 9 weeks and this result was likely available at time of their Halloween appointment.

Hannah sleeps finally.

11.09 | Hannah shows her dad ultrasound pic

No clues for how much time has passed between 11.08 and 11.09

11.10 | 2 weeks have passed since 11.07/11.08. Hannah would be around 22 weeks pregnant

Ripley to Lenox: “how was your mandated two week vacation?”

11.13 | Few days have passed since 11.12 when Frost and Novak broke up

Frost to Naomi about Novak: “we ended things a few days ago.”

11.14 | St. Patrick’s Day. Hannah would be about 31-32 weeks pregnant

19 weeks have passed since Halloween

11.15 | Esme having her baby. Hannah would be 28-31 weeks pregnant

Hannah previously said in 11.07 they wouldn’t induce Esme until at least 39 weeks. Esme was 30 weeks pregnant in 11.07 & 11.08, Hannah was 19/20ish weeks pregnant> at least 9 weeks have passed since those episodes.

11.17 | Hannah's due date is "a few weeks away" & "next month." Hannah could be anywhere around 33-37 weeks (likely closer to 33 weeks given the following episodes)

Due date is calculated as 40 weeks, full term pregnancy is considered 39 weeks to 40 weeks, 6 days

11.18 | Two weeks have passed since 11.17. Hannah would be anywhere around 35-37ish weeks??

Allen MacDonald interview: “Probably not giving away too much to say that Dr. Charles decides to stay at Gaffney, but now Dr. Theo Rabari has filled in for him while he was recovering for two weeks”
