I don't know if this is something that needs to be heard, or if anybody needs to hear this to begin with,
but spending every waking second hating yourself, feeling undeserving for anything, and everything, even if it's on the back-burner, probably won't help you heal or grow in a way that's healthy, it probably won't help your relationships, and it will likely hurt everything more than it does help
please learn to take care of yourself, learn to view yourself in a neutral light, learn self-compassion and try to understand yourself beyond the self-loathing and what it's a defense for. try to be kind to yourself, okay?
