Featured AM Audio Media Artist - Dave Ladkin
AM Audio Media first met artist Dave Ladkin a year ago while in post production on Series 1 of Dark Journey. Ladkin, a proud Whovian, originally from Leicester, UK, but now living on the outskirts of Birmingham, was the first artist to join the AM Audio time team. He souped up the Dark Journey logo based on the original concept by Robert Shaw and created our first album cover along with numerous promotional materials for conventions. Does this man ever sleep we wondered? Does he have some sort of Doctor Who time machine? But it wasn't always this way says Ladkin.
"I used to do all sorts of artwork but now I mainly focus on Doctor Who related work in my spare time. I'm self taught on the various programs I use, and have recently got into 3D modelling to give me a greater range."
Infact, Ladkin has modeled the 3D Dark Journey Tardis both inside and out! as seen below.
"I've been a massive fan of Doctor Who since I was little, A big dream of mine would be contribute to the official Doctor Who, but time will tell."
