Islands at Original Gravity
Cellist Stephen Marotto gave the Massachusetts premiere of Islands, concerto for cello and electronics at the Mystic Brewery, Chelsea. The concert was presented by Original Gravity, an organisation that pairs contemporary music with uniquely crafted beers. www.originalgravitymusic.org
I was privileged to run the live sound for a host of local composers including Dan Tramte, Dan Van Hassel and Scott Barton with his robotic orchestra!

I was thrilled to join Transient Canvas as they performed Branches at the New York City Electronic Music Festival this year! Fantastic venue - the Abrons Playhouse - with superb 8-channel donated by Genelec.
Installation: 10 Minutes In The Forest
10 Minutes In The Forest is an immersive, interactive, intense experience that allows you, the audience, to be the protagonist in fairy tale. Enter the deep forest with Baba Yaga and the Firebird and test your bravery, courage and cunning!
This immersive theater piece is also a playable game and art installation. 10 Minutes In The Forest will be produced at The Slate, a new black box theater in Seattle run by the The Pocket LLC at 815 Seattle Blvd. S, inside the Inscape Arts Building. Performances are June 2-5th and June 9-11th, 2016.

Music of Reality launches - 16th of May at Spectrum, NY
Music of Reality is a collaborative concert series founded by myself and pianist Sophia Subbayya Vastek to celebrate the beauty of reality illuminated by science.
We are proud to announce that the project launches this month at Spectrum, NY on the 16th of May. Sophia will be premiering my compositions Beauty from Nothing and Web of Life for piano and electronics. We will be joined by composers Elijah Shiffer and Austin O’Rourke, and theoretical physicist Dr. Matthew Kleban of NYU - giving a talk on cosmic bubble collisions in the early universe.

New Release - For Now Track 9: For Love, Labour, Loss
A preview of Track 9 of For Now an unfolding album.
The final track of Part II is dedicated to Action for Children. Previously known as the National Children’s Home, this charity ran the orphanage in Whitby, Yorkshire, that took in my grandad, Lawrence Kidd, in the 1920s.
For Love, Labour, Loss weaves some of my memories of Lawrence together - a mixture of nostalgia, joy and sadness on his passing. The song features two amazing instrumentalists: Laetitia Stott as melodious French Horn and Stephanie Oatridge as lyrical Oboe.
