David Slater isimli belgesel fotoğrafçısının çekimleri sırasında oluşmuş bu fotoğraf için Slater hayvan adına telif hakkı almak istemiş mücadele etmiş hukuksal anlamda. Fotoğrafın tüm geliri David Slater tarafından hayvan kuruluşlarına verilse de mahkeme hayvanların telif hakkının olamayacağına hükmetmiş. Onca beğeni toplayan hayvan dostlarımızın fotoğraflarının gelirlerinin bir şekilde onlar için kullanılması gerekmez mi sizce de?
