After the episode of Suddenly Susan where they dealt with Strickland's death, I've never been able to hear Fatboy Slim's "Praise You" without thinking of him.

It's funny the things that stick with you. I think of David Strickland every time I hear the song too.

Even 24 years after his death I think of him every so often. You never know what someone is going through, what personal demons they are fighting even if they have arguably everything going for them.

I doubt he ever considered his lasting affect on some 9 year old kid from a podunk town in Florida but I hope he found whatever peace that had eluded him in life.
