Harrison, better known to The Blacklist viewers as Ivan Stepanov, a recurring character in the eighth season and crucial to Raymond Reddington's past. farm track was completed in may 2017 .Spring has just arrived, the drawing is based on several early morning visits during april .I have used 300lb arches paper and is a paper I especially enjoy using .In my drawing process I am interested in composition and trying to achieve light and texture.The picture is ready to hang and has a 3.5 inch mount all round and has a black wooden frame

Riverbank am 2017, David Harrison

my work is influenced by my local landscape and the riverbank in my drawing runs for about 5 miles at the back of my home.In winter I am able to walk the whole distance to another small village. In places its very difficult to get through because of all the undergrowth very close to a river..I am drawn to this subject because its largely wild and not affected by man .The picture has a 3.25" mount all round ,has a black wooden frame and is ready to hang.

'Bathers', David Harrison

Bathers is a drawing using charcoal and graphite.It was produced in july and took approximately a month to complete.I love working with charcoal and graphite I am able to produce a wide tonal range of marks.The scene is a group or a family of people enjoying swimming in the Atlantic sea.The beach is one of shingle and pebbles the waves are coming into shore the group of people are interacting with each other one is pointing to something or someone in the distance.I enjoyed drawing this scene and trying to evoke light and atmosphere and also a harmony of composition .the drawing has a 3inch mount all round and has a black wooden frame
