Thanks for the comments my friends, I’m happy to share our back yard with you. @ninjachurchmouse worked very hard at the lilies. The Glads are in their second year and were dug last fall and planted again this spring after a long winter in the basement.

I was thinking on my flowers as I rode my bike in today and raging pickup after raging pickup went by. Perhaps I’m not the all American male, but if the other two guys I work with every day are a sample one is learning to pickle and can and the other collects caterpillars to raise up to butterfly and release.

The self esteem nightmare of women’s magazines is the same on the other side of the chromosomal wall. I hate to think of all the boys chastised for being interested in beauty, art, music and color and nurturing. So many role crazy assholes are up at night over what a fetus might have been only to force feed their narrative on living children and abusing into silence and mental illness generation after generation who fail to live up to a fabricated standard.

Flowers and butterflies don’t sell hemi’s do they.
