Day Suit in Midnight Blue Velvet, 1910s
S-curve silhouette jacket and skirt in midnight blue velvet embellished with black silk braid. The lined jacket has long sleeves and closes at the center front with hook and eyes and features a front panel of white silk covered with black lace. The floor-length skirt features the same embellishment as the skirt and has multiple pleats into the center back waistline, which is finished with a wide black silk ribbon and hook and eye closures.
