Ok this might be my sickness rambling
But of course Vegeta is going to pamper and spoil Bulla. As far as we know she's technically the first Saiyan Princess (by blood) , and going on background characters there's not a lot of females compared to male Sayians to begin with. You can even compare the ratio to that generation of kids (not counting Pan because she's the generation after or Marron since she 100% human so it's basically 3:1 ratio of half saiyans)
