1960, at the London Motor Show, a car with an elegant body was presented, created in the Zagato workshop in Milan, based on a lightweight version of the DB4 GT. The exterior of the car was painted by 23-year-old Ercole Spada, who only joined Zagato in February 1960 as an apprentice. The model was equipped with up to 314 hp. six-cylinder engine.
The chassis of the car was assembled in Newport Pagnell, then sent by steamer to Italy. There, the body was mounted on it and sent back to England for final assembly and finishing (perhaps five copies were completely made in Italy).
It was supposed to make 25 cars, but in reality only 19 were made .
