gather round, bookworms. all your faves are dead, i know, but i have good news! we're bringing one back to life!
at the end of this tournament i will bestow ONE (1) lucky winner the horror of being alive.
(you all, of course, hold the power of forcing infinitely many characters back to life, such is the nature of fiction, but that's not the point.)
This tournament will contain some serious spoilers. In addition, a theme of this tourney is dark humor. If you are someone who is upset by character death, it is important to ask yourself whether this is something you can mentally engage with. No internet game is worth your mental health.

With that out of the way, we can get started! Submissions are open until next Sunday, March 24th, but this may change depending on how many submissions we get. Submit your favorite dead book character or multiple, along with how they were clearly the best character in the whole book and why it was super unfair that they died. Remember to have fun with it!
