Joel McHale as Sylvester Pemberton / Starman & Luke Wilson as Pat Dugan in STARGIRL 2x10 (2020 - PRESENT)
DC's Stargirl s02/Extended trailer!
A few things I wanna say for Stargirl episode 2×06 [I think.]
oh goodness Artemis is super controlled by her anger
Little did she know Beth is going through something similar
Isaac being angry at the wrong people
Cameron is avoiding looking at Courtney-
Artemis could have avoided fighting Pat at all. But they probably wanted to take away Courtney's pillars.
But the way she dragged him by the collar and dropped to the ground level. so cool.
Cindy disappearing and appearing again like some horror movie-
Artemis Vs Rick was like watching a school bully
THE FIGHT SCENE! Golden Transitions!
I am so happy for Shade's appearance. They need adult supervision. But he gone after Eclipso. SIR WHY-
Cindy creating a group of Anti-Stargirl but she desperately needed her help the second she's in danger-
Honestly, Mike isn't the only JSA sibling. Yolanda has a brother too.
I hope they can retrieve Isaac and Cindy back.
Mike should have said he needs his own STRIPE.
What if he had his own guardian little robot that could fit in his bag- STRIPE JR. giggles.
I realized- where is Sylvester since episode 1 ?
DC's Stargirl 2.08 "Summer School: Chapter Eight" has aired on the CW, and I'm here to talk it
I have so many questions about how Rick has managed to keep Grundy secret. Really excited to see at least some of them answered.
I forgot that Rick's Uncle was such a piece of shit. Fuck that guy, I hope one of the villains kills him.
Dr McNider, he's in the shadow realm, just like Cindy. Magical jailbreak time!
Does Grundy actually need to eat? He's a zombie. Like a literal zombie. I love Rick having this sweet, emotional moment with Grundy. He's really grown a lot. Sure, he's still an angry, hurt kid, but he's not the same angry kid we met in the series premiere. He's really started to get some empathy and understanding.
I can tell this episode is going to have a lot of these sweet moments. As far as I know, the Staff isn't sentient in the comics but I think it serves the story of this show really well that it was given sentience. And it's really nice to hear Courtney talk to the Staff like a person and tell it it's her friend. There's something really touching about it.
And now Beth is talking to her parents about their divorce, and the parents are talking about how they got together, and it's still sweet. Oop, never mind, not sweet. Super not sweet actually. This is Eclipso coming to fuck everything up.
COURTNEY NAMED THE STAFF COSMO I LOVE HER!!
"I know your kind" okay Eclipso kid, that sounds a little racist but whatever. You're a literal demon, I should expect that.
Beth, my dear friend, if you find a strange demon child in your friend's house who has somehow managed to magically managed to get your cool superhero tech, you don't follow it! Fucking dip!! Thank you for figuring it out Beth! Fuck that kid!! Also yay Beth, calling the demon child out on the racism!!!
Oh hello old JSA. That's fun. Imagine if this was Joel McHale's only other appearance as Sylvester this season. That'd be hilarious.
Eclipso's fucking with everyone. Making Rick, Pat, and Court see this dead girl. Playing on Beth's insecurities. Abusing Yolanda's guilt.
Why did Grundy go to Rick's? Is this even actually Grundy? Okay, before the reveal. This isn't Grundy, this is his uncle. He just almost beat his shitty uncle to death. YEAH, I WAS RIGHT! Honestly, I'm in the camp that he deserves it, fuck that guy.
Oh shit, he just broke the hourglass. Oh, shit shit shit.
Yes Beth, get it bitch! Best character right here! That's right, you chose yourself. Courtney didn't need to choose you, you chose to become Dr Midnite. You chose to fight this war. Everyone else was, in some way (which is not a fault of theirs), given their role. Their hero identity. The Staff chose Courtney. Courtney gave Yolanda the Wildcat suit. The hourglass was made for Rick. But Beth made her own path.
Mike called Barbara mom, I'm crying. These kinds of moments with Barbara have always been my favourite on the show.
Oh no. Oh no no no no no.
Okay, well. Shit. Tune in next week for DC's Stargirl 2.09 "Summer School: Chapter Nine" I guess.
hey HEY can someone hug Beth chapel please and thank you
