once i watched six hours of a video called "Ness says Okay for 10 hours" and that was my 2016 iconic dissociation moment.

around 2:30 am i got a rush of anxiety and i sat dissociating for maybe an hour ??? when i snapped out of it i had a weird flashback but i cant tell if it was real or a combination of real life and a nighmare ?????? i sent messages to ppl during my dissociating but like...idk how bc i was so out of it. its 4:30 am now and im confused
