Providence Performing Arts Center #ddontour #dirtydancingontour Dates: (April 21-26) Hotel: The Biltmore! (it was a suite fit for a princess;) At this point, I have reached a wall. #tourwall It could not have been a more perfect week to have visitors. Thus, the HIGHLIGHTS of this trip were: A visit from Grace Berryman, Carrie Barnthouse, and Esther Stillwell. (we talked about important things ;) And a visit from the Kaplan's. FOOD: One of my favorite restaurants in this city was THE GRANGE. Amazingly original, farm fresh, delicious food. Another hot spot (Carrie found this place) was CLEAN PLATE. Perfect fries. And a killer meat loaf burger/sandwich. The campus of Brown University was fun to walk around. MEETING STREET CAFE was a GREAT spot for lunch with the Kaplans. SMALL POINT CAFE (near the theatre) was also a great spot for food and coffee (killer salad) Then there was Gourmet Heaven, where we ate many a meal on the go (it very much resembled a new york corner deli/market, which felt like home... the convenience and speed of the city) So we ate well this week... :)
