When the whole thing of witches was going on, there was this rumor that rejection started upon the devil telling witches to curse people to reject others to not have children.

So, reggie devil.

This reggie is kind of a cultist, but his followers are his witches besties that hang out with him to learn his ways. Also, they are a lot more mischiveus and evil still mantaining the diva charm. He also steals snacks from innocent children to use in the slumber parties with the witches.
