HERE’S WHAT YOU MISSED THIS WEEK (5.14-5.20.25):

NEW MUSIC:

DE’WAYNE announced his third studio album, June, set for release on July 30 via Fearless Records. The forthcoming album will also include recently released singles “Highway Robbery” and “Biological.”

Arrows In Action released their new single “Lost in the Moment,” taken from side A of their I Think I’ve Been Here Before album. The group will hit the United Kingdom next month for a series of live dates including an appearance at Download Festival.

As December Falls unveiled another track from their upcoming new album Everything’s on Fire but I’m Fine, titled “Bathroom Floor.” The full album will be out on August 8.

My Chemical Romance released a live version of “Helena,” set to appear on their upcoming reissue of classic album Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge. The live track was originally recorded for BBC Radio 1’s The Lock Up show in 2005.

Rock Sound announced it will release a special tribute album dedicated to the 10-year anniversary of Twenty One Pilots’ album Blurryface. The album will feature covers by Arrows in Action, The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus and As It Is, among others.

TOUR ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Legendary punk club CBGB will be revived for one night only at a special festival in New York. Taking place on September 27 at Brooklyn Under the K Bridge, the event will be headed up by Iggy Pop, Jack White and the Sex Pistols with Frank Carter.

OTHER NEWS:

Electric Callboy announced that Sum 41’s Frank Zummo will be joining them on the drums for their upcoming summer tour dates. The group previously posted a statement announcing that their longtime drummer David Friedrich would be stepping away.

I Prevail announced that their co-vocalist, Brian Burkheiser, is parting ways with the group. They concluded the statement by promising that new music is coming soon.

Sleep Token’s Even in Arcadia was the United Kingdom’s No.1 album this week, also sitting atop the Official Vinyl Albums chart. The title track is also their fourth Top 40 single in the last three months, reaching No. 31.

Lead singer of Dropout Kings, Adam Ramey, passed away at the age of 32. His death was confirmed by the remaining members of the band yesterday, although no cause of death has been disclosed.
