Moments later a child’s scream cuts through the silence of the night as sharp nails slash across young Remus’s face.

The corridor naturally lights as Lily walks in, almost not noticing Remus.

Remus: “I don’t want you to hate me.”

Remus: “You’re one of us Lils.”
