i'm tired of ignoring the elephant in the room: why has tumblr become such gaping void, what has happened? Where are the people? Is it just my dash that has gone silent?

I miss the meta discussions, the casual conversations; the nothingness is really getting to me, tumblr feels like shouting into a void like what is even the point of posting?

I'm feeling maudlin and morose (and other words that begin with m), someone please fix the internet for me.

Thank you for the message, that was really sweet. I'm still full of Malfoy thoughts, I'll never not be a Malfoy stan, I'm just experiencing a fandom interest cooldown because of the current atmosphere. If you want to ask me something I'm all ears though, it feels less like shouting into the void if there's someone on the other side, you know?

what is it about that history of magic post that turns people into confrontational dickheads? Why add to a discussion when you're clearly not interested in discussing things in a productive manner? What is it about history that gets people's aggression dialed to 11?
